I liked the location. The room was large.
The shower had mold or fungus in the tile. We chose this hotel partly because of "free parking" and knowing how much parking costs in frankfurt. Upon arrival, there were only a few spaces, and all were full. The receptionist shrugged, and said, "what can I do?" I repeated, "provide free parking" and reiterated I chose this hotel because of free parking. She walked away, saying I should not speak with her this way. I was angry, but did not use swear words, did not call names, only repeated that I expected free parking. She took no responsibility for advertizing free parking, and not having it available. She also never apologized.
